A founder turned corporate leader, Emerald built one of the first privacy-tech companies before leading enterprise governance globally, a trajectory that earned her titles including European Young Innovator of the Year, PICCASO Privacy Executive of the Year, and a place on Forbes’ Top 100 Female Founders to Follow.

She is a Visiting Fellow at the European Centre on Privacy and Cybersecurity at Maastricht University and serves on the AI Leadership Council at the Future of Privacy Forum and the External Advisory Board of University College Cork’s School of Law.

Emerald also co-founded Women in AI Governance, a global initiative accelerating female leadership in tech and policy, and founded Elevare, a platform dedicated to executive presence, strategic leadership, and visibility for women.
